Has the Diabetic value under the old system of count points and exchanges. I now use the new system of the total carb counter instead of the old system, but was able to convert to the new system. I have the recipes already in my recipe box that I used the most.  some very good ones, they do use alot of sugar subts, as well as brand names like campbell, kraft etc, fat free, sugar free, healty request soups etc. in the recipes.  So mainly for those that need this kind of recipes. Alot of the old time favorite but the sugar free, fat free etc ingredients, and they taste good!, if you have developed the taste for these kinds of foods.
