order  and then there are buttons at the waist -- splits open below the
three buttons at the waist -- has shoulder pads which can easily be
removed if desired -- skirt has elastic waist and walking slit

Item Condition: Very good used condition -- has been stored for a few years -- I would suggest dry cleaning before wearing
