WANTED:  ALLTEL CELL PHONE

Must NOT be the Black LGflip phone---Have one & cant get reasonable signal where I live.

Prefer not to pay more than 20 points ( I dont have many points, and little time to list for-sale items, to get more)   Can negotiate price a little bit though.  Camera phone is not necessary, would rather have a decent working model.
